Mentoring Program
The Margaret H. Lewis Mentoring Program is a volunteer program consisting of members of the Richmond Paralegal Association (RPA).

to visit the Remembering Margaret H. Lewis page.
The objective of this program is to have RPA’s more experienced paralegals share technical expertise, wisdom, and career challenges with paralegal students, paralegals new to the area, and to address the concerns of some of our seasoned members as they move into other areas of law. Please note that the program does not provide job training or job placement.
The exchange of information between established paralegals and up and coming paralegals is designed to enrich member career experiences.
